I so dig the PLA.
They are not supposed to wave or pose for photos. Here's a sneaky snapshot seemingly posed for and a cheeky one did wave back at us from amid a group of marching troops near Tiananmen square. If you happen to see a one-armed soldier there in future, no doubt that's the one who had risked it all and waved.
